SUPLEMENTARY REGULATIONS

The Athletic MOTO CLUB M.O.TH will promote the 1st round of the 2010 Individual and Team East European Championship for Enduro on behalf of AMOTOE. The event will be held in accordance with the Sporting Code of the BMU together with the relevant Appendices, these Supplementary Regulations and any final Instructions approved by the Jury and published by Bulletins.

The event wild be held on 24-25th of April 2010 at Thessaloniki (Polichni) – GREECE starting at 09:00 am. on 1st and 2ndday.

ACCESS

Nearest airport: “Macedonia”, Thessaloniki - 20KM

Nearest railway station: Thessaloniki – 1,5 Km

National road: From Promahonas (120 Km) or Evzonoi (150 Km) to Thessaloniki, then follow the ring road (direction to airport) and exit at Polichni (there will be relative signs)

Nearest town: Thessaloniki.

1. ENTRIES

Entries must be made through AMOTOE’s electronic system (www.e-amotoe.gr), the entry fee is 100 Euros. All riders not affiliated to the promoting FMN must have their entry endorsed by their own FMN and being sent by e-mail.

All entries must be received by 19 of April 2010.

2. TECHNICAL INSPECTION AND REGISTRATION

The riders must have following documents with themselves to be presented to the Secretary of Meeting: the valid License of BMU for participation to the events, driver’s license, permit of their own federation and documents of their motorcycles (registration card, international insurance certificate - green card). Intrinsic parts will be marked in accordance with art. 01.16.1.1 A noise test will be carried out in accordance with the Technical Rules. The riders must show the helmet(s) at the technical inspections.

Registration/ inspection: from 14.00 to 22.00 pm on 23th of April at the starting area, in Athletic Center of Polichni (Thessaloniki).

3. STARTING ORDER

The starting order will be in conformity with Art. 01.22.

4. COURSE

The course for the first and second days shall consist of 3 laps of approximately 60 Km which will include 2 time-checks/lap. The course includes wood and country roads plus wood paths with several types of soil.

There will be a total of 3 Special Tests (Motocross) of 5500m and 3 Special Tests (Enduro) of 7500m included in the total distance (180 Km)

The location and route of each test shall be displayed from 23th of April 2009 at 12:00 am.

5.ASSESSMENT OF PERFORMANCE

Penalties to be in accordance with Art 01.64.and 01.46.2

6.AWARDS

Awards will be presented to the first 3 places on each class and categories.

7.PRIZE GIVING CEREMONY

The prize giving ceremony will take place near the starting and Parc Ferme area, at approximately 18.00 on 25th of April 2010.
